What Background do you have with life coaching?
I am a certified Life Coaching and I have a degree in Psychology and clinical experience. I have studied counseling and direction as part of my Bachelor’s degree (Psychology), Master’s degree (Youth Ministry) and my doctoral studies (Pastoral Leadership).
How did you get interested in life coaching?
Life coaching is the natural outgrowth of my career in Psychology and was a major part of what I did as a youth minister and district pastor. Now I get to help people find direction for their lives and set goals so they can achieve it.
What Background do you have with health coaching?
In addition to my certification in Health Coaching I have a degree in Psychology and clinical experience. I also have studied nutrition, anatomy and physiology, concepts of wellness, health psychology and other health related subjects at the university level.
How did you get interested in health ?
Health has always been an area of interest for me. However, I took it to the next level when I decided to run marathons. Not only did I have to apply knowledge from the previously mentioned health studies and new learning in a wholistic manner but people began to approach me for direction in their health journey. Now I work as the vice-president of the non-profit ASMECO in Spain promoting healthy lifestyles and training our guest in our one week lifestyle change sessions at Life Asturias.
